Jason Miles works his magic again. This time it’s the songs of Marvin Gaye, one of the all time great music icons. Most of your favorites Marvin Gaye songs rolled into this cd. What impressed me the most how Jason arranged I Want You with newcomer vocalist Chiara Civello entices you with her sultry style. One of my favorite underrated Marvin Gaye songs is Heavy Love Affair and its great listening James D-Train Williams cover this classic. Bobby Caldwell vocals just gets better with time, his rendition of is Distant Lover captures the true spirit of this timeless piece. There are eleven Marvin Gaye tunes on this project preformed by a host of great talent (Marcus Miller, Jay Beckenstien, Richard Tee, Herb Albert and more). This cd is a great investment for you Marvin Gaye fans. Recommended pick, your copy is waiting for you at your favorite record store or online (buy a copy).
