Bob Baldwin – “All In A Days Work” – 215 Records
Bob’s up to his old tricks again. You purchase a new cd of his and automatically you take the long way home when you put the cd in you automobile’s cd player. “All In A Days Work” is a sho’ nuff winner starting with the selection A New York Minute I knew when I heard the first few bars that I was going the burn up some of my $3.08 unleaded gas. In typical Bob Baldwin fashion the music takes over and you know you are in for some smooth grooves. Track three Day-O has a EWF feel like what you get from EWF’s Sun Goddess. I must admit I had to listen that selection twice before I got home. Can You Feel It with Tonni Smith (aka Funkin For Jamaica) is the get up and shake your thing song. I love what she doe’s with a song maybe someday someone will wise up a produce her a solo project. My favorite selection is The Last Night In Rio just look at the title of this selection and you know you are in for some good fun. This cd is my easy button, buy it.
